Annual Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm

El Capik, Treasurer's Report:

Current Balance is $507.71

Credits from the past year:

$170.00 Dues received
$75.00 refund from State of DE for snow removal.


Disbursements over the past year:

$56.00 for Boston Market (2008)
$100.00 for Snow Removal
$25.00 for Civic League
$25.00 for Mr. McNutt (flowers)

Note: We get 75% of our snow removal fees reimbursed by the State of Delaware.

Other Business

1. No Elections this year as we are currently at mid-term. Elections will be held in 2010.

2. Bob Capik received a call from the realtor for the McNutt property regarding limits on a fence.

3. Bob Capik will talk to Village Green for a quote on snow plowing prices for the upcoming winter.

4. Barbara Roehl thanked the Capik's for holding the Holiday Open House in 2008 and the Curren's for holding a going away party for the McManuses.
