Having more than one family living in your home makes the neighborhood's value go down. One of our neighbors has different family members moving in and out all the time and it looks like a flop house! There are at least 5 cars parked in front of the house at all times and there is even a car in their back yard!!! Why hasn't the HOA done anything about this!

I realize it has been nearly 2 years since you posted this; however, if it is still a problem, you may attend your Mountain & University HOA meeting this Thursday night and bring the issue to the Board's attention.  Remember, it takes everyone to make our community a great place to live!  Although I live in M&U HOA, I don't have a clue about the neighbors to whom you refer.  I hope to see you at the next Board meeting!  Good luck, neighbor!
