If this homeowners assoc. did anything other than take your money, they would not let a bunch of college kids live there. This neighborhood is for single family dwellings only. But Mathis probably wouldn't get a kickback on that.

Reckless college kids

You are so right. Last year they had a weenie/hamburger ''drive-thru'' as our annual ''picnic''. The money needs to be properly used to keep order and irresponsible ''renters'' from the community. Their behavior is typical of apartment life, which this is not! I have heard of several neighbors thinking about moving because of those reckless residents at 9203 Sunlit Point. I am seriously thinking about it, as well. They have brought down the property value.
