What does your question refer to? Are we in or are we out of WHAT? The Old Road Ranch neighborhood link? I guess I'm "IN" but I rarely visit this platform. It appears to me that very few of our immediate ORR neighbors are IN. I know that LamyNextDoor is the most probable location to read what neighbors are concerned about from Eldorado down to Galiesteo. There isn't a whole lot to talk about at Old Road Ranch except the usual old gripes... barking dogs... folks driving too fast... can you think of anything else? You can't slow down the speeding drivers unless you physically accost them out in the middle of the road. As for the dogs... simply stop with all the dogs. Renters living next door to Gerry & Susan have four dogs penned up in a tiny yard all day and NEVER take them for a walk. Sounds like animal abuse to me. The next house up has two dogs that are running wild 24/7... they get PLENTY of exercise but are forever lost and ripping up everbody's petunias. I say stop with the dogs and get a cat.
