Beachwood Civic Association

My husband and I just bought a house on Prindell Dr East. It is a lakeview property, and since we have a young daughter and small dog, we would like to put a fence up in the backyard for safety (not one that will block the view). We are doing this through our renovation loan from buying the house so we have limited time to work with. We need to get approval from the Home Owner's Association, however we can not seem to find any information on how to contact them. When researching it on the internet we are told it is in Greenfield Lakes HOA, but nothing else. Does anyone know how we can get this information?
