'Garage Sale' & 'Home for Sale' signs

Garage Sale signs

Garage sale signs may be placed four days before the sale and removed no later than two days after the sale. Please do not attach signs to telephone poles.

Per Metro codes:
'Temporary signs announcing yard sales which do not exceed six square feet in area, are limited to one per lot, which are erected no sooner than four days before the event, and are removed within two days after the event.'

For Sale and Open House signs

Open house signs may be placed at the Asheford Crossing entrance for Asheford Crossing residents ONLY. These signs may be put up on Friday and removed Sunday night. No for sale signs will be permitted to be left at the front entrance permanently. The clutter of signs detracts from the entrance and the subdivision as a whole.
