This latest update to the guide on TimeWarner SUCKS.    My remote is so slow now.   It takes forever to change a channel.   You think it is not working.   Watching the DVR takes forever to pull up the show you are trying to watch.    Instead of an instant change it takes several seconds to pull up the show.

Some channels pull up and then the screen goes blank with only the sound.    

If they don't correct this issue I am canceling my service ASAP. 

I called and the CS person said they were told in their meeting that there was a delay and they were aware of it.    It is like 1983 all over.     She said hopefully the next upload update will make some corrections.

One would think by 2016 they could provide service that works better!

Sucks even more the premium movie channels I pay extra for are all out.   

Finally after more than 30 minutes in an online chat today with a CS person that knew what she was doing she was able to send info to my box to correct all the problems....including the popping in my phone.    She even sped up the remote.

On top of that she even gave me a credit for the inconvenience and problems.

REBOOT YOUR BOX - UNPLUG FOR 1 MINUTE THEN PLUG BACK IN, MIGHT FIX YOUR PROBLEM.  WE ARE NOT HAVING THE PROBLEMS YOU DESCRIBED.
