I was wondering if anyone noticed how they have cut a large slab out at the corner of Rachel Elizabeth and Fairview Farms Circle near the storm drain area?

This is not just a city slab replacement.

If they are tying into our storm drain, shouldn't they have to pay part of our insurance for our detention area??

I agree, if this is a city approved storm drain connection, then I think the city should take ownership of the detention area! The nearby business already uses it.  This is a old subject that is far from over!  Either they should stop the conection or at least contrubute to the insurance.  Once again.  If the City keeps giving easement to the detention area then they should just take it over.

HOA  REPRESENTATIVE PLEASE RESPOND !

On 04/03/2021

They removed trees between the houses directly  from the storm drain

and tore the heck out of the home owners grass / wider then the easement

If they tie into out drain system, and it drains into our Detention area

it is going to require a lot more maintenance of our subdivision detention area

the Daycare got by with it and nothing done about it

We cant let McBride do this without them paying to help maintain and insure that

Item.

Funny how nothing was discussed about this in any meeting that we had with them

they slipped this in with the city after the fact !

City was contacted about the work being done at the intersection of Rachel Elizabeth and Fairview Farms Circle.  Devon Dezort, Senior Civil Engineer, replied that the Prairie Wind development is in the process of installing sanitary sewer and one of the sewer connections is being made to the existing sewer at the southwest corner of Fairview Farms Circle and Rachel Elizabeth.  Streets will be repaired with new concrete when work is completed.
