Where does the land lease negotiation stand and when does the current one end?

The land lease expires in 2044. The appraisal process has been started by the BIA. Could be as little as a six-month process for this phase, but really no accurate average timeframe for these matters.

Update from Esprit Lease Attorney 08/28/2017

 

Our attorney (Christoffer Thomsen) spoke with the Land Owner's Attorney (Sharyl Walker) the week of August 21st and Ms. Walker followed up with the BIA regarding the appraisal.  The BIA stated that the appraisal is still likely 2-3 months from being completed.  Ms. Walker is keeping Mr. Thomsen posted as information becomes available and will advise when the appraisal is received.
