Many of us do NOT want the trees removed. My husband has been trimming those trees since we moved in Dec 2017. He also trims the curb apron, picks up and discards the limbs knocked down by trucks. The very last thing we heard about the trees was finding ownship of that section of the boulevard. So since the boards won't take responsibility you just remove them? They are beautiful! I can't believe people can't get together and find a solution. We were not even aware there was a meeing regarding the trees or we'd have been there to participate in the discussion. My husband even gave his name and number to Roger who is on the Mansion Farm board at our first home owner association meeting.

Many residents (of both communities) have stated they would pay extra dues to help get the trees trimmed professionally. Before ANYTHING is done with the trees we need to have a WELL ANNOUNCED meeting. I don't care if we have to go door to door to have a petition signed. As a matter of fact, someone already suggested or started one.

My husband and I will happily help with a petition - he kills himself trimming those trees and trimming along the curb apron, then picking up the knocked down branches and disposing of them in our yard waste. I cannot believe no one will take responsibility - a trimming every few years is not going to kill a budget. A group of volunteers and a cherry picker would get the job done if people were really dedicated to the cause. I know there are a few on just our street would help.

I really think we need a meeting regarding specifically the trees and the communities need to come together (both) and do something other than argue.
